What is covered under free installation service?
- Brand authorized engineer visit at your location as per the SLA which is 2 to 3 business days (basis brand’s pin code serviceability)
- The engineer on arrival will check if the product has any physical damage caused during transit and if the customer has tampered with the product post-delivery (if the product is unboxed by the customer). The engineer will unbox the product, check for any physical damage and install the product.
- On-site installation support is available only for the installations happening in India.
