Exchange Policy

Return Period: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. 

Return Conditions 

  • All products must be returned in their original packaging. 
  • All original items that came with the product should be included in the return. 

A New Product Exchange 

  • You may receive a new product in exchange for the malfunctioning product.

Return Guidelines

  • Unsealed Box : If the received box is not in a sealed condition, contact support immediately. Share pictures, and upon request, the support team would initiate the return process.
  • Installation Support Request: Upon unboxing, if you notice any physical damage or missing parts as per the manual, contact support for installation assistance. 
  • Post-Installation Issues : If the product encounters booting problems or performance issues after installation, contact support. After a thorough check, the support team will guide you through the return/exchange process.

Return Process 

Step 1: Contacting Customer Service 

  • Contact Methods: Call at 1800 889 0260 or email at support@gotutorplus.com
  • Information to Provide: Full name, order ID, and reason for exchange. 
  • Condition of Items: Items should be unused, with all original tags attached. 
  • Packaging: Place the item(s) back in the original package along with the invoice. 

Step 2: Return Options

  • Return Pick-Up Service: Provided by www.gotutorplus.com, but this process takes 12 working days.
  • Courier Option: Customers can have the product couriered to the address provided.
  • Quality Check: A quality check will be conducted upon receiving the product.
  • Exchange: If the product passes the quality check, the exchange will be processed instantly without any processing fees. 

Step 3: Pick-Up and Quality Check

  • Pick-Up Schedule: The team schedules a pick-up, which may take 10-12 days to reach www.gotutorplus.com
  • Quality Check for Exchange: For returns resulting in an exchange, the product must reach the facility for a quality check.  

Refund Process 

Exchange Product Issuance: 

  • Exchange is issued after returned items are received by the TutorPlus warehouse.
  • The exchange process usually takes 2-3 weeks. 
  • Exchange time may vary based on the delivery address.

TutorPlus and the shipping carrier shall not be held liable for any physical damage incurred during the exchange process. It is important to note that any additional damage or missing items discovered upon receipt may impact your eligibility for a replacement product. We encourage customers to inspect their exchanged items thoroughly upon delivery and report any discrepancies promptly.
